Apprentice of the Month - May
To recognise the hard work of learners, our Tutors are nominating those who are doing exceptionally well throughout their apprenticeship to be awarded our Apprentice of the Month.
A big well done to Alex Davies who was nominated by his tutor Mac and awarded our May Apprentice of the Month! Due to complete soon, Alex is currently undertaking his Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard Apprenticeship with Thrifty Car and Van Rental. Mac will be recommending Alex to continue his learning and up-skill him onto a higher qualification and hopes to continue to support him to learn and develop his career.
During his apprenticeship Alex has shown a real keenness to learn and develop himself within his role and it’s very clear that he inspires others around him. He has consistently worked to a high standard and has produced some great work.
Alex’s tutor Mac said:
“All through Alex’s apprenticeship he has produced fantastic work which has always been delivered early and he has been keen to progress, his attitude to the apprenticeship and his job role has been exemplary.
Previous feedback given from a team member was when they were running the site with just two people, they had no concerns about being short staffed as Alex took the situation and the additional work in his stride.”
“Alex understands his role fully and is always keen to offer ideas and support, he became a member of the team and not seen as the apprentice early on in his career by demonstrating his understanding of the role and being dependable to everyone on site, speak to any of the staff and they all speak highly of him.”
Alex has shown determination within his apprenticeship to succeed and has demonstrated his ability to work well with others within his team. He has been an influence to his team and it’s clear that he has made a real impression. LSP looks forward to teaching Alex for the years to come!
