A shared space where we can collect and swap useful things such as activities, templates, best-practice guides, tips that save you from reinventing the wheel.
Thinking of this it as our group’s living library. This is basically our shared library for the good anything that makes work smoother or sparks new ideas. Instead of resources hiding on individual laptops, we’ll keep them in one place so everyone can grab and build on them
How it works
Anyone can add a resource. Doesn’t have to be perfect, just something you’ve found helpful.
Add a quick note so people know what it is and when it’s handy.
We’ll tag things as template, activity, guide so it’s easy to find later.
Weekly spotlight
Each week we’ll pick one “Resource of the Week” to highlight. It could be something new, something under-used, or just a gem worth revisiting. This way resources don’t just sit quietly in a folder.
Have like a meeting for a resource circles. Every so often someone curates 3–4 things they’ve found valuable lately, then shares with the group. That keeps it fresh, and people get to hear the why behind the link, not just the cold link itself.
If you’ve tried one of the resources, drop a quick comment or reflection under it. Even a sentence or two can help others know what works in practice.
