The service we offer

Support with producing a job description & advertising

We can assist employers with creating attractive job descriptions, ensuring the role meets the qualification. Once a suitable job description is agreed we will then make the advert live for applications. Our apprenticeship vacancies are advertised on Get My First Job and the GOV.UK website.

Pro-active sourcing for candidates & pre-screening

We use the Get My First Job database to reach out to hundreds of candidates. This involves sending out emails and calling candidates within a 10 mile radius to discuss the role in more detail. Our pre-screening/ telehone interview consists of asking candidates a number of questions to assess their suitability for the role.

Arranging interviews & running assessment days

Candidates who impress us during the pre-screening stage will be invited to an upcoming recruitment day or 1-1 interview, depending on the requirements of the business. Our recruitment days consist of a number of activities which test the candidates suitability for the role and their ability to work in a team. For 1-1 interviews we will send the candidates CV to the line manager and arrange a suitable date and time.

Feedback to candidates & support through the offer process

We will request constructive feedback from the managers for each unsuccessful candidate following the interview or assessment day, which will then be passed on. We will do our best to help any unsuccessful candidates to find alternative employment in their area. If a candidate is successful we will call them to offer the role and proceed to arrange a start date.
