To recognise the continuous encouragement provided by line managers, our learners and tutors are nominating those who are offering outstanding support to be in for a chance of being awarded as the Line Manager of the Month.

Congratulations to our May Line Manager of the Month, Sukhdev Singh!
Sukhdev was nominated by LSP Tutor, Chris, for his investment and support towards learners Andrew and Bob, who are currently completing their Level 5 Operations Departmental Apprenticeships at Motus Commercials.

“Sukhdev takes an active part in progress review, making suggestions around how learners can capture evidence from their work and apply to the standard.”
“Supports MH first aid, peoples champions, and does not compromise when it comes to Health and Safety, which is an ongoing emphasis during every contact.”
“Offers support to learners outside of sessions and has an ‘open door’ policy where operations managers can contact him throughout the week. Clearly demonstrates caring about their success at work and through the apprenticeship.”
“Encourages discussion about areas for business improvement and always takes a positive approach to challenges during every progress review.”
“Passionate about the business and marketing plan that learners are working on developing, which an emphasis on quality that forms part of every discussion. Sukhdev is interested in the strategy along with the details and every discussion has a meaningful and positive outcome!”
