Alexander and Aaron said:

Leanne has been the most supportive and encouraging manager. Thanks to her we are now getting our assignments done on time as she is putting the time aside for us. Also, if we ever need any help or support, she is always there. Working with Leanne has been a pleasure so far and we can’t wait for what is to come.  Being in this environment with such a helpful and hardworking manager makes our work lives better. The support and care she has put in place for us is like no other. We are now at a point where we are comfortable and confident in our roles at work. Finally, the way she has taken us on as apprentices and welcomed us into the JCT600 family is amazing. Due to this we now feel like we can work with her and our colleagues to the best of our abilities. We personally know that, thanks to Leanne, this apprenticeship programme will set us up in our future careers”

LSP Tutor, Robert said:

“Leanne is extremely supportive and takes an active part in ensuring Alex and Aaron are progressing. She makes suggestions around how they can capture evidence from their work and apply it to the standard, for example. She organises a significant amount of training for them alongside providing constructive feedback, so that they are always aiming to improve.”

“Leanne never compromises on doing the right thing. She is firm but fair with Alex and Arron and is well respected because of that. She supports mental health first aid and has mentioned the support network available at JCT600 several times during our reviews.”

“Leanne offers support to Alex and Aaron outside of their teaching sessions and provides them with dedicated time to undertake their assignments.  She clearly demonstrates caring about their success at work and through the apprenticeship.”

“Leanne wants the best for Alex and Aaron and inspires them to be the best version of themselves that they can be.”

“Leanne is serious about working with Robert in supporting both Alex and Aaron through their apprenticeship. She is a wonderful communicator and always keeps Robert updated, outside of progress reviews of any updates.”
