Line Manager of the Month - June

To recognise the continuous encouragement provided by line managers, our learners and tutors are nominating those who are offering outstanding support to be in for a chance of being awarded as the Line Manager of the Month.

Congratulations to our June Line Manager of the Month, Kris Allen!

Kris was nominated by LSP Tutor, Mandy, for the commitment he has shown towards his learner, Devan. Devan is currently completing her Level 3 Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship with Vertu.

Mandy said:

“Kris has contacted me to obtain Devan’s ULN as he is to nominate her for Apprentice of the Year. Kris is always there for Devan and has supported her development consistently and diligence since her attainment of her position with him as her line manager.”

“Kris has ensured that throughout what has been a difficult operational period for her and the company, with home working, changes to the team members and duties to ensure that he is always available to Devan.”

“By wishing to nominate Devan for the award, Kris is further demonstrating his commitment, care and gratitude for her endeavours over the last year.”

“Kris has always supported Devan in her own development, from recognising she had funded her first accounts qualification when gaining the promotion to accounts, approving her for the apprenticeship for Assistant Accounting regardless of the fact she had already completed Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3.”
