Line Manager of the Month - July
To recognise the continuous encouragement provided by line managers, our learners and tutors are nominating those who are offering outstanding support to be in for a chance of being awarded as the Line Manager of the Month.
Congratulations to our July Line Manager of the Month, Julie Evans!
Julie was nominated by LSP Tutor, Joan, for the ongoing support and encouragement she shows towards the development of her learner Katie, who is currently completing her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with Costain.
Joan said:
“Ever since I have taken over as Katie’s tutor, Julie has been very supportive of both Katie and I and attended teaching sessions when she is able to.”
“Julie makes sure to do the right thing regarding Katie and has encouraged further learning and progression within the workplace.”
“One huge benefit of Julie attending the teaching sessions and progress reviews, is that she always encourages Katie to try and relate the teaching and assessment to the company and her role.”
“Julie is very open with Katie and allows her to get on with her job but also puts forward ideas to help with examples that she can use for her coursework.”
“Julie’s commitment in making sure she attends sessions with Katie whenever she can is commendable and allows her input to be beneficial to both myself and Katie.”
