Line Manager of the Month - February
To recognise the continuous encouragement provided by line managers, our learners and tutors are nominating those who are offering outstanding support to be in for a chance of being awarded as the Line Manager of the Month.
Congratulations to our February Line Manager of the Month, Alison Scott!
Alison was nominated by LSP Tutor, Joan, for the amazing support that she provides to her learner Louise, who is currently completing her Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice with NHS Northampton Foundation Trust.

“Ever since I have taken over as Louise’s tutor, Alison has been attending the sessions I complete with Louise to help support her within the subjects and providing her with extra guidance where evidence or examples are required.”
“Alison makes sure to do the right thing regarding Louise and does not compromise at all in terms of her training, being able to complete tasks, or attending progress reviews.”
“One huge benefit that comes from Alison attending the sessions is her input so far. She has attended all sessions and has helped in helping me also understand the business she works for and the possible evidence that Louise can use for her course.”
“Alison is very open with Louise and allows her to get on with her job but also puts forward ideas to help her decide on the topic for her workplace project.”
