Apprentice of the Month - June
To recognise the hard work of learners, our Tutors are nominating those who are doing exceptionally well throughout their apprenticeship to be awarded as our Apprentice of the Month.
Well done to our June Apprentice of the Month, Christina! Christina was nominated by LSP Tutor, Joan, for the impressive progress made towards the completion of her Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship with Stearn Electric.
LSP Tutor, Joan said:
“Christina has been making great progress with her course to the point where she will be entered the gateway earlier than expected.
Christina is keen to progress and so is currently working on two assignments and has the backing of her manager all the way, giving her the support required.”
“Christina is always keen to get things right and always asks the right questions to make sure this is the case for every aspect of her role.”
“Christina manages quite a large team and she can communicate excellently at all levels in the correct manner and will challenge in the most appropriate way if he feels It is appropriate.”
“Whilst supporting others within the team, Christina is extremely professional and is making sure that she is sharing her experiences to help her colleagues get things right.
She has passed on knowledge to them using the Themes of the month that are discussed with her during her progress reviews.”
“Christina takes a real pride in her work and coursework and has never missed a deadline for work to be submitted
