Apprentice of the Month - February

To recognise the hard work of learners, Line Managers and LSP Tutors are nominating those who are doing exceptionally well throughout their apprenticeship to be awarded as our Apprentice of the Month.

Congratulations to our February Apprentice of the Month, Jadeane! Jadeane is currently completing her Level 2 Vehicle Sales Apprenticeship with JCT600 Audi.

Jadeane’s Tutor, Damien said:

“Jadeane was one of my first learners, starting her apprenticeship in April 2019. She started with JCT in February 2019 so has now been in her role two years. She has switched recently from new cars to used and has taken to her new role exceptionally well.”

”After her apprenticeship, Jadeane would like to work towards some sort of training role as she is keen on helping others. I think this would really suit her and she has gained a vast amount of knowledge over that last two years.”

“Jadeane is a real character, with an outstanding personality. She is always friendly and welcoming despite often being overrun with jobs at work, she maintains a happy demeanour.”

“Jadeane has found her place at Audi York, she is one of the fundamental members of the sales team and she has great relationships with customers.”

“Jadeane shared with me recently a video she had made for a customer which involved her rapping (a joke between them) whilst showing a customer a car. This showed to me that Jadeane will go the extra mile to try and influence customer’s decisions and build a strong rapport.”

“Jadeane is responsible for hitting targets on used cars, PPI, finance etc. She is currently exceeding these massively, as she went through and explained them all to me at our last meeting. It is clear she is performing well and taking responsibility for her outcomes.”

“Jadeane has sometimes struggled to engage with the course, but in recent months, knowing that she is coming up to her completion date, has really stepped up to the mark and has been proactive in participating in IMI tests, collecting evidence and completing discussions.”

Congratulations Jadeane for this fantastic nomination. We wish you the very best in your future career!
